Terms of Service

Effective 12 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using Nuvox. They are written to be read — plain English, no filler.

1.Who these terms are with

Nuvox (callnuvox.com) is operated by Andrii Mysheniuk, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, contactable at 1 Ariel Way, London, W127SL or andriy.mysheniuk@gmail.com. “We” and “us” mean that trader; “you” means the business using the service.

Nuvox is a service for businesses. It is not intended for consumers buying for personal use.

2.What the service does

Nuvox answers phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and web chats on your behalf using an AI agent configured from information you provide. It can answer questions, capture contact details, record bookings, and hand a conversation to you.

The agent generates its replies. It works from the business information and documents you give it, and we have built it to say when it does not know something rather than guess — but it can still be wrong, and you are responsible for what it says on your behalf. Review your configuration, and do not use Nuvox for advice where an inaccurate answer could cause harm — medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical.

3.Current status: free pilot

Nuvox is currently provided free of charge while in active development. There are no fees, and no payment details are collected.

Because it is a pilot: features may change or be withdrawn, there is no guaranteed uptime, and support is best-effort. If we introduce charges we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, and you may close your account before they apply rather than pay.

4.Your account

Keep your credentials secure and do not share logins. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your staff users do. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.

5.What you are responsible for

  • The accuracy of the business information, prices, and hours you configure — the agent repeats what you give it.
  • Having the right to upload any documents or web content you add to the knowledge base.
  • Telling your own customers how their data is handled, and answering their data-protection requests — that data is yours, and you are its controller.
  • Complying with the rules that apply to your calls and messages, including telecoms and marketing regulations.

6.Acceptable use

You may not use Nuvox to:

  • Send unsolicited marketing calls or messages, or anything that breaks PECR or equivalent rules.
  • Impersonate another business, or deceive people about who they are dealing with.
  • Handle special-category personal data — health, biometrics, or similar — unless you have agreed that use with us in writing first.
  • Break the law, infringe someone’s rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend an account that is causing harm or breaking these rules. Where it is safe and practical to do so, we will tell you first.

7.Your data and ours

You keep ownership of everything you put into Nuvox — your business information, your documents, and your conversations. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store that content, process it, and send it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

We keep conversation records for 12 months. You can export or delete your content at any time, and closing your account removes it as described in the Privacy Policy.

We own the software itself; these terms give you the right to use it, not to own it.

8.Third-party services

Nuvox depends on telephony, speech, and AI providers to work. If one of them fails or changes, parts of the service may be interrupted or need to change. We will do what we reasonably can to maintain continuity, but we cannot be responsible for their outages.

9.Availability

We aim to keep Nuvox running continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service during the pilot. Maintenance, provider outages, and faults will sometimes cause downtime. Do not rely on Nuvox as the only route for urgent or emergency contact.

10.Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and because the service is currently provided free of charge, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost bookings, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is capped at £100 while no fees are payable, or at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim once charges apply.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the agent will always answer correctly or that the service will meet every requirement.

11.Ending the agreement

You may stop using Nuvox and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access with reasonable notice, or immediately if you breach these terms or your use puts the service or others at risk.

On closure, we stop processing calls and messages for you and delete your content as set out in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you close the account.

12.Changes, and the legal bits

We may update these terms as the service develops. For significant changes we will email account holders and update the effective date above. Continuing to use Nuvox after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written agreement.
